• How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated preparation time will depend on the nature of the product, and ranges between 2-10 working days*. Customized products are the ones that need more time to be processed. +info

• If I don't like it, can I return it?

In the case of personalized products, the return of those that arrive defective or that do not conform to what you had ordered is only accepted.

In the rest of the products, you have 14 days to contact me. Send an email to info@lenamayo.com with the order number and reason for return and I will tell you how we organize it. +info

• Can I find out where my order is?

Yes. At the time your order is processed, you will receive an email with the information of the courier company and the tracking code. It is essential that you have left an email that you use frequently and a telephone number where you can be reached in case you are not at the address you have indicated when the package is delivered.

• How is it sent?

All products are shipped in a recycled rigid cardboard box, envelope or tube, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

• Can the prints be purchased framed?

Not at the moment. But the sheet sizes fit nicely into affordable, easy-to-find frames like these:
